　　曾子问曰：“昏礼既纳币，有吉日，女之父母死，则如之何？”孔子曰：“婿使人吊。如婿之父母死，则女之家亦使人吊。父丧称父，母丧称母。父母不在，则称伯父世母。婿，已葬，婿之伯父致命女氏曰：‘某之子有父母之丧，不得嗣为兄弟，使某致命。’女氏许诺，而弗敢嫁，礼也。婿，免丧，女之父母使人请，婿弗取，而后嫁之，礼也。女之父母死，婿亦如之。”
